Terms & Conditions for Groups

You are most welcome at Lisnaucrran below is information and guidelines to ensure you are clear on a few parameters but if you have an queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Please read carefully as the return of your £200 terms/damage waiver is dependent on all these terms being met. A credit card is also required to hold, and additional damage over this £200 and may be charged to the card.

The Room booking price will be quoted and agreed upon by email. Price for groups is occupancy based per room and you may not have access to all rooms depending on group size and rooms booked. Smaller groups may not have access to all bedrooms the property is separated by wings so guests may book all or some depending on group size.

We want everyone to have a lovely time but please ensure the terms are shared with all members of the group and ask them to read carefully please to ensure no surprises!

What does price include?

  • Our cost includes electricity, heating and staff to meet greet and be available periodically should assistance be required. If some arrive early to decorate it may be a little later before we call to greet and welcome, you.

  • Includes use of Hot tub in the garden. This may be shared with other guests, and we book private time slots, groups get first preference for time when booked in advance.

  • A Bar area with a fridge and freezer is supplied for you to self-stock. We do not supply ice.

  • Check-in is from 2pm and self-set up of decorations if required can be from 12.30pm only.

  • We will provide a basket of logs for the fire pit / stove, if it runs out additional stock can be purchased from staff but subject to availability, we therefore, recommend you bring your own. £7.50 per bag, or  best ordered in advance to guarantee supply.

  • Breakfast is  included and is buffet-style with creamy local Clandeboye Greek yoghurt, locally sourced  granola, ham, cheese, boiled egg station, fruit salad, freshly made croissants/Danish, smoothie station, bread selection, tea coffee, apple, and orange juice. Dietary requirements must be discussed in advance and may incur a surcharge if specialist items requested.

  • Please note that we recommend that you bring your own Bluetooth speaker.

Parking and buses

  • Strictly no buses with over 16 seats allowed on-site, please **If you book a small bus, they must call in advance to discuss access to site as we have very limited space.

  • Parking is limited and is based on full occupancy per room, and we only have one space per room so we kindly ask you to car share, we can discuss options, but this must be discussed on the phone and agreed by email.

Group Rules

  • No kitchen facilities are available.

  • Music volume will be requested to be reduced further after 12pm, Party room The Storehouse closes strictly at 1.00am.

  • Smoking is prohibited outdoor is fine but please use bins provided for butts.

  • No additional non -resident guests are allowed on-site unless otherwise agreed by the owner. For attendees to an event cost on application for additional charges £25 per person ‘day guests not staying’.

  • No live music or karaoke permitted without discussion and not after 9pm.

  • We reserve the right to ask guests to leave for unacceptable behaviour.

  • The premises are staffed overnight.

  • The Storehouse must be left tidy and ready for staff to prepare for breakfast, all personal items must be removed, all waste in bins.

  • Bottles must be removed from the site at check out, please bring means to remove. We look after all waste with exception of gas canisters and bottles.

  • No candles or naked flames please.

  • Guests may decorate but we please request regular balloons only strictly NO sparklers or confetti allowed. Balloons with sprinkles will be removed getting these out of our gravel is a big problem!

  • Plastic glasses only please and guests must bring their own. This is due to no kitchen facility available for guest to wash. Our kitchen is for breakfast prep only and must be kept locked for food hygiene reasons.

  • Crisps and dips brought in are fine but please bring bowls and please clean up.

  • Catering- We have a preferred supplier but welcome to discuss other options, for list please see group page on website for more info. All catering must be approved due to requirement use of our facilities etc.

  • Take out from the village is fine but if plates cutlery required a cost for staff to be available at mealtime to provide crockery etc and clear up the cost is additional £15 per hour min 2 hour and must be booked in advance, subject to availability. Pizza is a simple solution and does not require this.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  • Bookings are secured by the return of this form, signed confirmation of terms and a 20% non-refundable deposit.

  • Balance is due 30 days before booking unless otherwise agreed at this point it is non-refundable and non-transferable, however - if a cancellation occurs due to a pandemic lockdown, we can offer a full refund. If we are allowed to be open but restrictions are placed on group numbers, this is not a valid cancellation reason and monies are non-transferable and non-refundable. For refund of the £200 damage waiver Guests must forward bank details after the event.

  • We also accept Revolut for Euro currency transfer.

  • Our £200 damage waiver is due before arrival it is preferred to be paid with final balance and will be added to your bill.  A credit card is also required to secure your booking. Any damage caused that is greater than the value of £200 may be charged to your card. This is refunded 48 hours after your stay, and we ask you to email to trigger the refund with bank details or if paid by card to confirm the card return.

Hot Tub Rules: Induction is required before use.

  • Hot tub induction must be taken with staff before entering.

  • Strictly NO fake tan. No jumping or diving.

  • Users must shower before entering the Hot Tub. If you have makeup on, please wash the neck area.

  • Footwear must be worn until you reach the side steps of the Hot Tub to prevent dirt from entering the hot tub.

  • Guests must bring their own robe slippers and an additional towel for the hot tub. A room towel is provided for showering only.

  • Enter and exit the Hot Tub slowly – surface/steps become slippery, and towels must be used on steps to prevent slipping, this will also stop debris entering the Hot Tub (this will be pointed out on induction).

  • Max of 5 persons in the Hot Tub at any time.

  • If a guest has too much alcohol consumed admission will be refused.

  • Use of Hot Tub is NOT permitted after 10pm due to noise & safety reasons.

  • If the temperature is over 104oF DO NOT enter.

  • Recommended time of 15mins per session, you should cool off before re-entering.

  • No children under the age of 5 are allowed in the Hot Tub. All children must be always supervised by an adult.

  • Plastic glasses only - STRICTLY NO glass, cans, or metal items in or around the Hot Tub area.

  • Alcohol in the Hot Tub is not recommended, consumption is at your own risk.

  • NO Smoking in or around the Hot Tub area, please.

  • Do not use soaps\ oils or any other products in the Hot Tub.

  • Please replace the Hot Tub cover when not in use.

  • Please ensure after use that jets and lights are off and the lid is down.

  • Use of the Hot Tub may be refused, and we reserve the right to apply this for health and safety reasons.

  • Health Warning: Pregnant women, the elderly and people suffering from ill health should consult with their doctor before use.

  • The Hot Tub may be unavailable at certain times due to weather conditions or for maintenance procedures. We will refund 10% as compensation should this occur.
